  There is the Law of Karma, Pentecostals call the Law of Reciprocity. "Actions bring reactions that return with equal worth". The pain or pleasure you cause returns by the inevitable closed circuitry to you. Only nonexistence, which is debatable, or Jesus can rescue you from it. But if you are not truely repentant it's coming back to you, and me.

There was an article about ten years ago, I think, in "Discover", about a woman with throat cancer who gorged on DMSO, dimethylsulphoxide, went to the emergency room, and from that sulpher a poison gas was synthesized in her body which killed some of the employees there. I forget the reaction now (I just write these things from the top of my head), but it was chemically impossible in flatspace. Also check out the Yahoo group, NERUOSCIENCE, "The Secret Disease". There are accidents and diseases which bend timespace and these unfortunate people are hushed up. The realm of this globally bent timespace is called the "Underworld", and beginners desperately need guides, e.g., like Dr. Grof. The guides must "pass the abyss" to be accustomed to the bent timespace, for, anyone around someone (fifth dimensionally) in the Underworld will also fall into the Underworld. That was what the lazy practice of "sacrafice" (from zook in aboriginal Eastern European Sumerian) was for. Lazy. Evil karma. Do the yoga.
