Probability transduction communication is faster than light. One may use a radionic machine for this. Radionic machines are very expensive. I made my own radionic machine with variable capacitors and potentiometers, for the number dials, from junk radios and TV's. Today, the universal number code for Earth is composed of the serial numbers of the Kang Xi radicals, used in Oriental writing. For, reception, use the radionic machine as usual, rubbing the rubbing plate softly, and noting the numbers, as you turn the dials, where your finger sticks. You may answer back by setting the appropriate numbers for at least a second each.

If CETI is looking for electromagnetic transmissions from extraterrestrial civilizations. It's throwing away money. Electromagnetic communication is obsolete in advanced extraterrestrial civilizations. They all use probability transduction communication.

Using the serial numbers of the Chinese radicals we can convey the meaning of anything in the universe, with numbers.
>     This, Kang Xi radical system is the traditional Mandarin and Japanese Kanji radical system used as a "kaballa" to convey esoteric meanings in classical texts, like, for example the "Tai Suan Jing". This way any Chinese or Japanese Kanji symbol, being composed of these radicals, is a number. Just using the radicals from 1 through 100, 100 being represented by 00, we can also use only two digit numbers to represent anything in the universe, by general classificaiton, and thereby communicate with this system this way. This is the accepted conventional code used for communicating by the probability transduction communication rendered possible by radionic machines. Probability transduction communication is much faster than light, probability being faster than light, and it cannot be detected by the FCC or any other agency. It cannot be intercepted and therefore is perfectly secret. The person at the receiving end may simply change his dial, thereby permanently erasing the message and retain it by any means whatever. In this "media" there are incredible sources of any information whatsoever from any place, any time, on any probability time line. Join the universal club.
