Is Area 51 a government military base?  I'm not to familiar with the stories about this place just know that the name "Area 51" is well-known.  Is this base the place where the US government is working with aliens in developing military aircraft or something similar?

yes is a military base but they are doing a scienific Experment people and non people and also others things to do like builting Expermental plane and remote control plane big one about 50 ft. to 100ft. or up to 1000 ft area too.
